Work Pitfalls

Some pitfalls at work to avoid

1. Laziness/Cleaning slack
Laziness and sloth is a sin. We're commanded to have a job and do our jobs well. We need to take care of our families. Another pitfall is trying Clean up someone else's slack. Do your own job. Don't do someone else's.

2. Lack of Team Work/Communication 
Team work is an essential part of any job. If you're not getting the Communication or help you need to do your job efficiently it might be time for a new job. 

3. Workaholics
Don't overwork. Work 6 days a week and take one day off a week. Don't make your job an idol. Don't let your job consume all your time. Spend time with God and your family 

4. Drama
Don't start drama with people. Just work and do your job. 

5. Toxic Management 
Avoid Toxic Management and task masters that put heavy burdens on you and don't pay you the wages you work for

The Bible V. Evolution

Evolution is a popular teaching taught in public schools which is contrary to biblical teaching and ruins people faith in God and causes a lot of bad behavior. If you teach man is evolved primates they behave like one. Evolution teaches that over billions of years man evolved essentially from Amebas into small life forms and then into animals or humans. Easy Believism is Heresy

Many people are denying repentance as an essential doctrine. Teaching it only means a change of mind. This is heresy. It means change of mind but it leads to a change of action. This is a heresy called easy believism and antinomianism which is very common and popular in Evangelical Denominations. The first one that made this teaching popular was Jack Hyles who was a false teacher who had scandals in his Church and pedophiles that molested children because he taught it was OK to live in sin: Accusations of sexual abuse and improper sexual behavior against Jack Hyles, former pastor of First Baptist Church of Hammond and founder of Hyles-Anderson College, have been widely reported.
